if you're out west in the US anywhere it's likely worse for you on EU than him on East, but idk. depends on ur connection and hardware a bit too im sure.

Yessss if he can use a tele barb on east and I can't teleport like at all on euro I'd say there's difference

Duel on open, there's a server that has all servers merged... there shouldn't be any lag regardless of the realm you play

Sort of, some guy who likes to make mods made his own server it's pretty cool

They'll probably only be merging east/west and that will happen next year most likely.
