What is in question about the stats I presented? LOL? Why would unchanging gear matter except where I specified the changes to min damage ? You don't have to take my word for it. Look, I'll teach you how to replicate this yourself in single player to test yourself. Assuming you have this ability, I'm sure others do and will confirm it for you.
