Would it be better to use frenzy?

u have frenzy charges from bloodrage, or tempest helm

nein, not running either. Can't afford the tempest helm with an enchant right now

just link ice bite to kinetic blast, it has enough damage

turn on bloodrage, problem solved
if you can fit it in, the green dream jewel will also grant you frenzy charges (i used a blue one for power charges, worked quite fine)

Ice Bite chance to freeze + dmg + frenzy charge generation > Any 4-link support
More consistent freezes = always booms

Better check your underwear...

i use ice bite for frenzy, pcoc + orb of storm +inc crit chance for bosses

but then again i just copied mathil and feel like it's decent at best lol

VPS for power charges, Tempest Binding for frenzies

Use vps+ice bite+wed+(more dmg or chain if you can oneshot everything )

Solved both problems.... For bosses use vaal breach
