thats a good point I suppose. If they've had decades of institutionalized protection from ideological allies so they could hide in plain sight while republicans have been outed over the years by investigative journalists overturning every stone, that means there was a backlog of democrats waiting around to get outed when their radical feminists turned into the circular firing squad and created one of those lurching frankenstein monster movements like the tea party that starts eating its own. I was anticipating such reckonings after the election with the trump derangement in full swing, but this surprisingly is rather unrelated or at best tangential, a manifestation of the fourth wave feminists. So maybe I got the call right for the wrong reasons
Listening to Cokie Roberts talk about John Conyers is just so damning, she says that everyone
knew about him and that female journalists wouldn't get on elevators with him. He couldn't have swept all that under the rug with taxpayer funded hush money alone, it took an agreeable and passive media to let it slide.
