What im wondering is if i should try to sell them? or should i just shrine them?

chances for a skiller to buy I, II arcane+ are low . those are too easy to come by
chances for a skiller to buy VI ,VII , VIII + arcane + are high . those are harder to come by

there are usually ISO topics from skillers telling what they need. that sells . check LS softcore trading

You might be able to sell arcane t3 but not sure if it's worth the time picking them up.
You could always pm http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=668360 , he used to buy arcane stuff, but im not sure from what lvl.

then delete them one by one as you add
