If you have no clue what makes a good lld shield why was your first thought, "Wow I have this shield and I don't know if it's good or bad let's post it in the trophy room!"?

neither. Just trolls, sadly people gave some correct reviews. there's a javelin with like 1-9 damage which had 2 pages of 10's for trolling.

still not sure it would much value even if eth as still 1 mod could be dtm and it's not a bone shield, which is the far superior shield type. Too easy to spam imbues.
as it is, you have 3 stats out of 6 which are any good on that shield and a mediocre shield type (think that is second best to be fair), shame it wasn't eth as 4/6 would be usable.

the frost nova is actually useful. still has 17/30/20/2 soc as well as dtm. so 5/6 good stats.
