if you have anyone that can have them watch you sleep.

just for like an hour to see how often you toss/snort/ wake up.

or its pretty easy to get tested for sleep apnea, all you do is pick up a little thing and put it on before you go to bed and it will tell you if you have it or not.

i personally have moderate-severe sleep apnea and do not have a machine yet so i sleep 10-14 hours a night and i feel tired all day everyday.

2 big signs that you may have sleep apnea
1. if you are overweight
2. if you snore

hmm i don't snore :)
i dont' really toss/turn either...

I would try using Melatonin. It can help for having a better sleep. Also ~8 hours should be enough if you are actually heathly

9-12 hours is heaps and can cause you to feel tired/fatigued.

Do u go to bed / wake up at different times? Or same time everyday in a routine
E/ because irregular sleep patterns can also be the cause - even if you get ample/'just right' amount of sleep

Try different things and you will likely see different results. Try tapering off your caffeine intake while gradually increasing physical exercise. Couple this move with a healthier diet high in fruits/vegetables and you will likely see a surge in daily energy over time. This healthy advice will probably also allow you to sleep more efficiently too which may mean you will sleep for less time while feeling more energized throughout the day. Attempting this plan would be hard at first but if you stick it out and try it for a few months you might just love your new found energy levels.

drink more water
consume things that increase blood circulation : ginkgo bilboa , cayenne pepper , hawthorn tea , garlic cloves etc .

edit : also, poor digestion may be a reason why you're fatigued . perhaps do not eat such heavy meals . try intermittent fasting . experiment with your body and find your solution , don't be lazy.

a few years ago i realized a problem with me and why i was experiencing fatigue, was due to poor digestion. digesting meals is very taxing on a body that has poor blood circulation. for this reason i partake in IF , which has completely solved my issue, paired with modified eating.

trial and error is your friend. google is also your friend <3

OVERsleeping can cause fatigue, sleeping more doesn't mean you will be well rested.

everyone has their own situation.

i personally am disabled due to 24/7 migraines and other problems.

not your place to judge anybody. live your life and respect/try to understand why/how other people live theirs.
