It could be due to any number of causes. Too much caffeine can shoot your adrenals, so it may be the cause. Could be thyroid, something hormonal, a parasite, some sort of general "wasting" disease, or even just being off your circadian rhythm. But caffeine is a likely culprit. If you try getting away from caffeine consumption or even consumption after noon, you may be able to get a quick answer. If getting off caffeine doesn't resolve it, getting back on caffeine may still be a bad idea, just in case it's a cause but not something that will go away quickly with reduction of caffeine intake.

e: also, the last thing you should do is to start taking pre-workout. It's one of the worst things possible for fatigue.

if you have anyone that can have them watch you sleep.

just for like an hour to see how often you toss/snort/ wake up.

or its pretty easy to get tested for sleep apnea, all you do is pick up a little thing and put it on before you go to bed and it will tell you if you have it or not.

i personally have moderate-severe sleep apnea and do not have a machine yet so i sleep 10-14 hours a night and i feel tired all day everyday.

2 big signs that you may have sleep apnea
1. if you are overweight
2. if you snore
