It was available to consumers, and it got sold out, and they are not re-stocking. That's very different than "product is NOT available to consumers".

first batch usually small on a paper launch is for reviewers and the few that can get it ordered, example 6700k, x299 platform, vega, I could go on

and mobo companies know when its going to be launched but many models or companies like evga dont get them out for launch

Now you're just being intellectually dishonest clumping all of the SKUs into a "first batch", when the 8100, 8350k, and 8400 are still available. The others were available, but sold out. You can't generalize an entire sku lineup like that and conclude it was a paper launch.

Do you? Just because they didn't get the right amount doesn't mean it was a paper launch. Especially when a newegg representative says they are receiving more shipment on the 10th. And the 8100, 8350k and 8400 are still available
