Let's say a woman is pregnant, and she knows she is pregnant. However, she continues to drink, smoke and do whatever drugs she likes during the pregnancy.

Do you think this should be illegal? Do you think we should be able to prosecute this woman?

Yes it should be considered child abuse unless she aborts.

Something could be done, most of cases could be fixed with social services btw ...
The very few left are exceptional and should be punished, if enough proofs.

Agreed..and honestly, I would hope she would abort. FAS isn't pretty, along with the myriad of other shit it could be forced to deal with.
