Can someone PM how they got ranked/reset? I'm currently level 1 and can't create a class. I boosted for a WaW star back when MW3 displayed the symbols, but haven't done anything since.

That's fucked. You can post a formal complaint, but I highly doubt they'll roll your account back. You can try though.

You can use the prestige hack online, it'll rollback anything they did to you.

e: or make a friend with a hacker and they'll invite you to one of their infected lobbies and boost you back up.
