Even if it would be useful, i dont see it happening (my personal opinion)
Paul updated some things on the page so it looks cleaner, updated the last seen format, last post etc.

Adding seconds will be counterproductive

I think seconds in the timestamp would be barely usefull for the most.

I can't see, why a more exact timestamp would prevent useless scammer accusations.

Voted yes, more info i(even if useless) is always better in my books. People who don't like it can remove it so I don't see why not.
