Oh wait, this ought to be good for another howler. Where did I predict that the Democrats would control the Senate after 2016? Given the reality that I didn't make any official predictions in 2016, which has necessitated that hurr durrs dig up a single quote from early 2015 to misappropriate, I'm sure you trying to follow through on this will be good for a few laughs -- no matter how you inevitably bungle it.

Pollster consistently said that Trump had a legitimate chance to win once he won the primary... I even called him out for not calling the election over like I did.

Who remembers the 2014 cycle, where our brilliant pollster had the Republicans winning ZERO seats in his range of possibilities but insulted me up and down when i called him out on his range being too small on the republican winning side?

Guess what happened? Republicans won more seats than his wide range of possibilities and they took control of the senate.


Meanwhile on pollster Earth 2:
President Hillary Clinton is pushing for gun control and enjoying a democrat majority in the senate.
Mitch McConnell lost his seat instead of winning by 15.5 points and is helpless to stop her.

Shit, that's peanuts. I repeatedly explained months before voting started that Trump was capable of winning his primary, and as soon as he did the exact 2 things I mentioned he became formidable. That's on top of calling the entire Democratic primary accurately, also months in advance, from beginning to end. Humorously I even floated the event that the FBI would unjustifiably go harder on Clinton than was warranted, several months before Comey's ridiculous press conference and his letters that would decide the election.

Facts don't matter to dumb people. I understand that it's comforting to these know-nothing nobodies to construct this alternate reality for themselves where the professional consultant is always wrong because he happened to write something that they disagree with, and that's why I always greet their attempts with laughter.
