I had some spare time, so I decided to count the combined prof of all the top skillers in softcore. This will currently include only 1,000,000 + total prof skillers, despite the last 2.
I know the skills aren't equally comparable and it's harder to get the same amount of prof at higher ranks than at lower ranks, but this is just taking into account the total prof gained.
If anyone cares, I may continue the list till around 500,000 total prof earners. The difference between the actual prof and this list should be no more than 5 to 10 k total prof, if even so.
