cut the charakters out of the smog...only bg with it

Done tried to do some added in colors to the sky along with giving it a blurred foggy feel.

also added some ligt above them & darkened the bottom

Edit: I really like the way this came out for being pretty new to this while thing. Lol I feel like it's definitely an improvement from my first post!

Don't listen to Tsumo, he has no clue and is retarded, trust me.
Just keep doing and only consider a signature as finished when you are comfortable with it. I have scrapped many stuff I tried out because I did not like it.
Follow a lot of tutorials so you get to know more functions of the program you use and eventually you will come up with your own ideas and styles, from that point on you should be good to go
