finally a circ and not a diadem. i would upgrade it tho, to get a crown with a diffrent lvl than 67. Beside that, i would had used a 20fcr amu + crafted belt + manaboots. Get this babe to lvl 99 and u have enough dmg.

e: the best part is that you went for what is best instead of trying to be fancy. sojs/arach/frosties all best in slot for ES sorc, no need complicate it!
And the parts where you should get a nice rare/craft are all very nice.
