Weapon block is pretty nice is you plan on claws. It can even block elemental damage.
Dragon flight is nice if you need to move into or out of situations. You need an enemy, but sometimes it can help you get out of the center of a mob.
I haven't read the whole walk yet, are you using fade or BoS?
I have put enough into weapon block to be over 50% chance to block. I have also maxed Fade (level 27 with gear)
I have had dragon flight for a while now and its great for saving myself and singling out specific enemies or elites.
I also am working towards maxing mind blast because of the stun duration. If I don't convert the monster, they sit there afk for 7 seconds nearly and my shadow/merc attack them freely.
