Looking into invest into a decent recording setup

Decent size room and Nice computer and surround sound setup already!


What would i need to do to make it sound proof? and how? where do i get it?

Is there any decent programs to help with this?

also to start making beats and decent free or cheap programs?


i got a little inspiration and want to move on it
