It depends. For this game- not really. Penn State's ranking will most likely stay the same since no team under them really impressed enough to jump into the top 4. Iowa isn't a terrible team either, and is notoriously known to be a very tough team against ranked teams at home.

No problem. I'm honestly shocked that Penn state was even ranked after seeing them struggle yesterday.
