Looking to expand my dining horizons.

I'm gonna download Action Bronson's book 'Fuck That's Delicious, an Annotated Guide to Eating Well' when it comes out because he cooks some gooooooood stuff.

I see there's a few chefs here. Any favourites you guys have?

Open to stuff like Curtis Stone's, and Jaimie Oliver's quick (<30 min), cheap recipe's too

instant ramen, I can normally fix up a cheap delicious and healthy meal within 10 minutes. just add egg and spinach when you're almost done

Not only are the books chocked full of recipes, but also the lessons in understanding "how" to cook.

Anything Jamie Oliver sucks. He's not a true chef. Sure he's a good cook but that's about it. There's a reason why there are no Michelin stars to his name.

Why is he not a true chef?

Also, anybody / books / recipes you can recommend?

He doesn't have creativity and the dishes that he does put a spin on are utterly wrong.
