Whats the logic in getting bot ahead? The enemy bot is clearly better mechanically. Why not tell your bot to tower farm and try to snowball top/mid who can 1 shot the enemy bot in teamfights.

Put their best players behind and hope you can close the game before they come back? Idk

Putting all your chips on denying the enemy never seems to work. Its usually best to limit the amount of gold income they receive and then help another player get a sizeable gold lead to shut them out of the game.

Most people are pretty shitty late game regardless of rank. I think the most common difference between ranks of players is how well they play the lane. It's not until high elo you see good macro. Deny their laning phase and a high plat / low diamond becomes a silver / low gold player.
