Only happens on PUBG, impossible to play

Hurt my eyes after 10 mins

Looks like screen tearing or flickering

Reinstalled windows but didn't do anything!

Run valley benchmark.
Does it happen during that?

Is it only certain games?

Well then its probably hardware related.
bad video ram if anything since a format didn't fix it.

Being as pubg requires much more video ram it could be that,
go download valley and run it.

If it fucks up ion valley chances are its hardware for sure.
If not its the game or a setting of some sort.
