I guess im confused at to what part of each number should be measured from considering there are 2 points on each.

if i am measuring how i believe it works, it should be 11/32, just need to be 100% sure

It's 1/2 - 1/16 - 1/32

16/32 - 2/32 - 1/32 = 13/32



The lines aren't very exact, but I believe #4 is 1/2" #5 is 1/16" and #6 is 1/32". It asks for you to subtract both #5 and #6 from #4.
