Mercy is all changed

resurruction is cooltime 30sec but only one and get damage

I don't know if she is buffed or not... haven't played her since change, though I have played about 5-6 hours of ranked since the changes.

From what I've noticed, I am healed far less often and barely resurrected ever - and the times I am resurrected have had 0 strategic meaning. It's forced me to rethink and change my picks on certain maps and strategies.
