there's really little that can be done to "fix" anything. some ppl want a fast decider deck, some ppl want a slow developing deck.
blizzard has to create more content. this type of game, gains nothing but options every time.
while this is great in a way, most of the players only care about winning. copy/paste decks with 1 or 2 differing cards to fool themselves about being "original". i can't blame anyone for this, in standard ladder especially, because of a more limited choice that directs you to build these decks.
unfortunately though, it's not like grouping with some friends where we could state some friendly rules. like, "no slither decks today asshat".
this game truly just needs more ways to play it. team play. 3 person ffa. maybe another type of standard play, where you are given 30 seconds to destroy 1 card in your opponents deck. there are truly limitless ways to play cards. instead of looking for digressions, blizz needs a different type of progression.
idk if we could ever anticipate such though. although innervate was a pretty op card, it's obvious and stated that they don't want us to rely on free cards. seems like a money thing to me.
