I've been to both those places before. I've been in East St. Louis which is actually worse than St. Louis. I love Chicago too great city. They aren't bad compared to a few other places I've been outside the US. Any place is better than the suburbs, is what I've learned.

I think many cops are stupid racists. I also think many "Black Lives Matter" activists are stupid racists. The current situation in St Louis and the Ferguson riots from a few years ago are a result when two different groups of stupid people clash.
