Naturemade is good. A lot of their stuff is becoming USP certified so you know their labels with their stamp will be accurate since USP verifies the ingredients and amounts. I take their multi + omega 3 gummy.

I haven't heard anything like that, ON is a pretty reputable high quality brand. For instance, in a study that compared actual protein amounts in various companies' protein powder, On was top of the list
