You think training 1 bodypart a week mega intense is optimal?

NOPE.

Protein synthesis stops after 2-3 days, so you being extremely sore for 5 days isn't optimal, when you could have trained with lower volume and higher frequency for an extra day for more bodyparts.

I'd do U/L if you are cutting. 6 days on w/ 3-4 days cardio is a surefire way of r3kking your CNS.

training the same body part once a week with 4 different exercices?
