Protein powder is the biggest ripoff in the fitness industry..

All you need is REAL FOOD and a solid vegan multi vitamin, some zinc and fish oil.

You are FAR FAR better off actually eating food that has superior nutrient value,compared to some dairy bi-product that makes you crap 20 minutes after consuming it.

Not to mention dairy is is RIDDLED with mammalian estrogen, so avoid it like the plague unless you want bitch tits, shitty skin and bloat gains.

Imagine a cow that's 1400 lbs and in the peak of it's estrogen production, and you're sitting there guzzling down it's damn lactate lmao gl with having zero gains.

You want about 1g/lb of protein when building muscle which comes out to a decent amount. Nothing wrong with supplementing protein to hit that number.

1g per lb? yaa oooooooooookay. as a 200 lber you only need 150ish grams of protein a day tbh..

And you're trying to tell me you don't actually eat food? protein powder is trash, all it does is severely spike your insulin and give you the runs while not being absorbed.

Pick up some actual food and you'll realize how easy it is to hit your goals.......

That's the recommended dietary amount for athletes it isn't from the "protein powder industry". Whey protein is a complete protein and will be absorbed. I never said I get 100% of my protein from powder but I do have a shake to supplement some since it's easier than getting all my protein from food.

I'm not sure if you are assuming that people's diet are made of protein when in actual it's a convince substitute to get an extra 25 grams or so in during a busy lifestyle. Also not sure Wht you're eating to make your ass run so badly perhaps you should post seeking diet advice.


Can only assume I'm taking to a 15 year old who thought "man won't it be funny if I go one a gaming forum and make shit posts, fuck that be cool eh".
