I myself prefer (protein/fats/carbs) 35/30/35
I feel a lot better when I'm eating a little more fat than carbs. I Get most of my carbs from fruit and potatos anyways, but I Find you don't need a ton of carbs.
Fatty meats with some rice or potato and some veggies and fruit and you're good to go. Can't stand that lean crap, feel way too weak. Not to mention eating fat is necessary for the muscle building hormones.
