Korean kimchi mixed with 3 fried eggs and a bit of tuna and chopped seaweed

here's what i do

get a pack of pork belly (basically unseasoned bacon), chop it into thin chunks like this:

but cut another half of that chunk, so it looks more "thin rectangle" than square.

high heat ur 2quart pot, put in a bit of sesame oil and spread it around
then put ur pork bits in there, reduce heat to medium & move the pork around til they're evenly semi-cooked (cooked outside, shd be greyish/white)

add water til the pot is 3/4 full,
add 3 big spoonful of gochu jjang (less if u cant handle spice)
add kimchi into the pot, about 1 full cabbage or 1 full cabbage + half. (put the cabbage sideways and cut them vertically with a knife, picture below)

can also add a little bit of the kimchi water in the pot too

heat it for like 10-15minutes, til the pork belly is fully cooked inside.

One pack Mr noodle two piece cooked ham lunch meat cook noodles rip up ham put into.pot save a few dried noodles sprinkle on top for a crunch. Oh shi.z

Ripe/super ripe

Cos I only eat fresh kimchi lol feels too much of a waste to use fresh for stew

i have an 8 month old kimchi that smells so bad lmao maybe i'll give it a try with it?
