ok 15 res / -15 req jewel is about 75-100 fg

so you'd be trading 5 res for 6 dex and 6 energy

its obviously an incredibly specific jewel but im sure its worth at least 75-100

yeah but the only times you need -req on 0 damage jewels in lld are sigon shield at level 18 and hand scythes at level 30. The sigon build wants damage to mana or +life and the hand scythe doesn't care about dex or energy
Everything else is low req on casters

i didnt say anything about LLD

people put -15 req jewels in stormshields, coas, nightwings wiz spikes all kinds of shit

at higher levels this is even worse than it was for low levels
magic 15 all res/-15 req are pretty easy to get
