Bios is always the best to oc with. Some have a windows software overclock which is okay if you're new to it all

be aware liquid cooling is decent but intel uses toothpaste for the IHS, soo.. temps will be shit and nothing exciting

OP can delid if necessary.

could he save money from the liquid cooling unit and use it for a gg air cooler/delid tool?

would prolong the chip and have better temps?

i have not the slightest clue on how to delid, i do have good thermal paste though lol

Don't worry. If the need arises, we have tons (almost all) of the folks that own a 7600K or a 7700K, that know exactly how to do it.

well bought everything, got a h100i cooler and a new case aswell.

As if deliding wasn't being done before the 7000 series.

As if that's a point that needs to be made in this topic about the 7700K.
