You can control for everything and the deniers will make an argument similar to the God of the Gaps argument amd appeal to ignorance.
The accountant association did a study on gender inequality in accounting and they controlled for everything and stuff found huge gaps.
Anybody arguing for income equality or denying it exists say stupid things like that the studies compare CEOs to waitresses.and average it out, or say men take on more dangerous professions when none of the studies go across profession because that's not useful. Men accounts vs. Woman accountants, with the same skills, years of experience,work habits and ethic, etc, and they wont even address that and fall back on some aggregate straw man number to attack or go again with the God of the Gaps type argument.
Been done ad nauseum. I'm not engaging at least. But its tell I g that one side can produce lots of data to substantiate their claim and one aide just can't.
well that's a brazen lie, good luck finding the non existent study that says men and women work the same amount of overtime hours

there are even industries where women get paid more for laying their like a sac of potatoes while the men do all the work
