heres my problem :

playing viper strike build after a guide from poe builds..

bought an expensiv gear and iam nearly get one shotted from t11 mobs

iam at 75% @ and 5k life

dodge attacks 43%
dodge spells 46%

maybe u have few mins to check it up once again with me ..

43% dodge is rather low almost 60% of the attacks get to you and your very low 5k hp

unless you are constantly vaalpact leeching you will most likely die if you get close to a group or into some projectiles.

You either need to have your flasks up and running nonstop to push that dodge up to 90+% or seriously adjust your gear.

immortal call has a cd so as soon as it runs out you probably get knocked down.

This is all I have on the limited info you provided. I guess the guide includes jewels and better stat items than what you are running.
