B7 05 Audi A4 2.0T Avant Quattro Wagon Manual 6 Speed AWD 90k miles
cost 8k~ around 9k with taxes dealer seller
no timing belt job done yet may cost 1200
navi, heated seats front/back, bose sound, sunroof
1 owner clean title

or

06 BMW 3 series XI wagon 98k miles private seller 7.8k may go down to 7.5k
Automatic transmission AWD

navi, harmon-kardon sound, moon roof
clean title no accidents

I know the audi is a lot more rare and alot of enthusiasts look for manual avants,
the bmw is auto where whole family would be able to drive also though... pros and cons

what are y'all thoughts?

I don't believe the Audi enthusiasts are looking for 2.0T powered Avants. Personally I'd choose the BMW.
