Looking to see if anyone has either Gsxr600 or cbr600rr and how comfortable it is to ride as well as pros and cons for any owners of either or bikes. Really breakin my neck and can't decide which one I want as my first bike. Yes I know 600 is a lot but after hearing from many friends that 250ninja will be boring after couple weeks my mind is very set and firm on picking from these two options. Let me know if you have one and how they ride and the amazing things about it as well as things that disappoint you!! Thanks again  Let's shred up the street when I get my bike and learn :)

I'm a honda guy. Seem to fit better for taller guys imo.

If I were to buy another, i'd test fit all of them and buy the most comfortable. There's hardly any difference in them anymore

The main question I had was about back pain. Does one lean forward more than the other like a race bike? And is it uncomfortable etc. thanks for the feedback though anything helps

I just bought a 2004 Cbr600rr a few weeks ago. Only thing I have a problem with is my hands/wrists hurting after a while but that's probably with all sports bikes. Putting all the weight on your hands/wrists. Overall its an awesome fun bike and was worth it.

Also I am 6'1".

Appreciate the feedback. I heard that your wrist/hands will hurt until you get the used to it like bowling. Well if that's all I can handle a bit of wrist pain as I'm sure I'm eagerness to ride will overcome it

If you're worried about comfort, you're in the wrong market.. Go get yourself a nice CTX or an Indian Roadmaster.

I've never rode a 600cc motorcycle that was 'comfortable'.. If you want an in between for comfort and sport, check out a Suzuki SV1000

Well I understand it's not going to be like comfortable to that extend but I was wondering if maybe one was easier to ride than the other that's all haha. My mind is clearly set on a sports bike so if it's a hassle I'll have to deal with I would :)

Bikes are so customizable.. A good dealership will modify ride for the rider if it makes or breaks a sale.

Go test ride some
