i like how the oil makes the corn tortillas kind of crispy and sometimes i like to put dehydrated parmesan cheese on them when i make the packet tacos but i wont use oil when i try your recipe! :)

Tacos are a dollar fifty each for me. So I would never make tacos for myself because there's always a Mexican place nearby that will sell me tacos for a buck-fifty

same here just a light fry if using corn but i have an electric stove so i turn it up to medium temp and flip the flour tortillas a lot! i like a nice charred taste to my flour tortillas so i burn them just a little bit! :D

i feel you on that friar! i used to live across the street from a Mexican grocery store that had a little restaurant inside and i loved getting their chicken tacos with cheese and spicy verde salsa!

Wouldnt it be easier to get lean ground beef than to rinse the grease. Ive never heard of someone doing what you do with ground beef

i learned how do rinse the meat from a girl i used to go out with! :)

she was a part time in house nurse and would cook food for the elderly! she had to rinse the hamburger meat cuz their bodies couldn't handle the grease anymore! i just figured i'd get a head start and rinse my hamburger meat while i'm still in my 30's! ;)
