I know what a good pvm zeal setup is however I am wondering how viable a gris setup would be? I strictly pvm and walk baal/niklatek* with my zealers so before I respec my guy and change him up I figured I would get some input on it. thanks =)

Gris set makes a pretty good avenger, not a great zealot though

Yeah, Avenger is an aight single player char if you're up for a long slog and challenge. Gris avenger with good choices in sockets can actually do enough damage to be useful in maybe up to 4 player games, after that you're just an infinity merc that doesn't keep up with a tele caster. You can make conviction based pallys that can keep up in full games and carry smaller games, but based around zeal instead of vengeance.

my old zealer hit for like 11-13k with dual dreams and fanaticism while my merc had the infinity which i later swapped for pride. I just want something more budget build thats fun because i solo mf everything I do regardless and my pimped out LT sorc can do everything else I need done. I am just trying to be cheap because prices are outrageous, still, lol.

Frenzy barb with skullders, use find item with +skill/+warcry switch, go after targets with poppable corpses like Shenk, Eldritch, Council, their drops are same on p1. If you have Enigma it's faster and you can hit a couple more targets, if not you can still be quite efficient at mf with shorter games.

Fishy necro with an insight golem is a pretty low budget build that can do some damage and carry games with enigma.

If you just want something different to walk the game with, try Frost Zealot. Used to be kind of popular among ladder runners back around 1.10
