Ik I'm probably thinking just use mewtwo lol do rare candy glitch and level him up wish I could find my blue tho for that cuz it's easier but oh well

The rest don't matter, psychic pokemon barely have any weaknesses aside from ghost and you don't really have to deal with too many of them.
