Can it get double suffix like 1/10 rep, or is it 1/20 on every rare javs with this suffix?

Propogation 1 / 10 sec Throwing Weapons

There are two different suffixes "replenishing" and "propagation", 1/20 and 1/10, respectively. Either one can appear on rares.
