Can't find a single possibility of one dropping there from a minion on silospen, Twin Axe is the highest exceptional axe that shows from any minion at the throne in normal. Spawned item sockets are capped at 3 in normal and 4 in nm, superior items can't be cubed, and even if it were possible for a superior white one to spawn and he took it to larzuk it would get 6os on account of item level, which appears to be about the only thing that's possibly correct, as minion of destruction is a lvl58 monster
