I just re-started playing, and have this "server down" when creating games..
i made a new account and could play on it..is this an account banned or something?

If not is there a way to fix it...tried changing my IP, been about 3 days or so now.

Don't attempt to login for 36 hours. The ban is usually 24 hours for joining too many games within a certain period of time. If you do not wait 24 hours and attempt to login. Your ban will start over for another 24 hours. 36 hours is a safe amount of time to attempt to log back in.
