It's all about the money brah

I see it as a great opportunity to step up on their career. Many of them are performing as professionals after Sakura Gakuin. Only few of them never made it to the business and don't have a contract nowadays (like Yunano) or voluntarily chose other career (Like Nene chose to become a nurse).



Not 100% true. To some extend yes, they care about money. Sakura Gakuin is owned by Amuse inc and of course their mission is to maximize profits. But you should rather think about it as a stepping stone and great place to gather and foster the talent. Just like junior sports teams. Don't cash out the pennies when you can invest and get big profit.
