3) This is fast Chaosrunner. That why i prefer cheap Sigon build

What's about res? With your build you only have +35 (goldskin) + 20 (sig belt) = 55 fr if you use manald. That's 5 fr in hell from all of your items. You can have additional +30 from a rare ring ofc, but with other mods you're suggesting (ll, ml, str) such ring is expensive and hard to find as hell. That's just one reason why ppl prefer bonesnap over steeldriver with such cheap builds.
