As a Colts fan, I don't think we've made better moves than the 3 other teams in the division to win it.
I think Jacksonville/Tennessee/Houston have all added young talent and they will breakout eventually.
If Indy does compete in the division, it will be a 1 game division come week 17 for sure.
As always for Indy, they live and die by the QB position.
If Luck doesn't perform, expect a sub .500 team.
