I can't seem to find why my diablo 3 server has me sitting in a queue for 280 minutes right now to play the game... This is unacceptable... has anyone done any research into this?

maybe it was peak time where the number of players would reach 4 or 5 people, which may cause the server to be overflooded.
that could be why you had to queue for that long, because 1 more player before you tried to login.

They said they would raise to 10 players so they can keep up with demand
