You can do it at lvl 1 for necro :) Tis how I got mine

You can only exploit in d3 if:

- you manage to trade
- you make your own unique build which actually works as well as the build devs made for you
- you buy the necro pack and think "money well spent"
- you give a damn about the leaderboards
