This is my first drop that looks decent and was thinking if can I use it on R Slot?
It provides better healing or need to be caster/healer to use it properly?

The only stat that affects R slot charm (or acc charm) is Enhanced Effect, so it would be useles there

But then again, heal mastery is broken so that charm, while perfect stats, is pretty much useless anyway.

Getting closer to level 25 but havent found a better weapon nor charm to put to good use
