With the high possibility of indulging in MDMA, LSD and Alcohol I'm trying to put together a vitamin/ supplement list to help ease the day-after come down.

so far my list includes:

Magnesium supplement
MegaFood Balanced B Complex
5HTP
Zinc supplement
Vitamin C



I found that all of these will help boost my levels but I'm not sure if they're all necessary to take and which order to take them (if not safe to take all together?)

They literally have all of these things in a drink.

Get an immune builder smoothie, add diet down, multivitamin, and an energy boost. Cost you all together, 7$

Granted I am also. Smoothie junke and it's shameful how often I go there.

No access to smoothie maker :unsure:
